Sunflowers are an agricultural crop and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions and ripening variables.
We cannot guarantee that the sunflowers will bloom on a particular date, so prepare to be flexible by 7-10 days in your visit. Stay tuned on Facebook for up-to-the-minute plans.

The event is an outdoor event and therefore held weather permitting.

Should a complete crop failure arise, tickets will be exchanged for our fall festival tickets OR credit towards another Coshocton KOA Event.

Good for unlimited admissions to the festival for one person. A sunflower of the guest's choice is included each day attended.

See the sunflowers during the different stages of their lives - the budding stage (around the 1st weekend), flowering/pollination (main festival) and seed development (final weekend)!
​
With the 50 varieties of sunflowers that we've planted, there would be blooms in any of those weekends with the peak bloom during the main festival weekend (growing condition permitting).​

Explore the sunflower field as it begins its stunning transition from vibrant green to beautiful shades of yellow and red. Along the way, discover the wonders of nature through hands-on activities and interactive displays by guest community organizations.

Enjoy activities for all ages: bubbly foam party, barrel train rides, tie dyeing ($), ceramic painting ($) & gem mining ($).

​Afterwards, grab a bite to eat from our guest food truck, shop from local craft vendors, then sit back and enjoy a wine or beer from the outdoor bar.

This is non-festival admission with flower picking, refreshments and a merchandise stand but no food trucks, live music or craft vendors. It's meant to be a day in the flowers.
​
Each ticket includes admission and one sunflower of the guest's choice.

NOTE: Not all varieties may be blooming yet.

Wagon ride takes you to the field where you'll experience over 50 varieties of sunflowers, live music, food trucks, a wine & beer garden, & craft vendors.

Note: Flowers of most varieties are in peak bloom in this time period - growing condition permitting.

This is the final day of experiencing the sunflower field and the only time in the season when the zinnia patches are open for picking.
